The LADOGA Group OJSC was founded in 1995. During this period the company was able to grow from a small distributing firm to a well known holding not only in our country but in the world as well. The LADOGA Group amounts several enterprises with staff reaching 1000 people. For the last few years it is a part of the ten largest companies in Russia which produce and sell alcoholic production. The company has its own alcoholic beverage factory, which is one of the most expansive and modern factories in the north-west, producing alcoholic beverages.
Production complexes are supplied with the newest high-tech European equipment and as a result raise the rate of production. At the moment the LADOGA Group produces about 100 names of alcoholic labels, which is ditributed to the whole Russian territory and is also exported to more than 30 countries in the world including the USA, Germany, France, Great Britain, to the countries of CIS, East Europe and South East Asia. One of the developing and perspective directions of the LADOGA Group are private brands, many of which are being produced for foreign companies. Many of these can be seen in the USA and Great Britain. The main field of the company’s activity is import and distribution of wines and cognacs from France, Italy, Spain, Argentina and South Africa Republic in Russia.
For the excellent quality of its production the LADOGA Group was awarded repeatedly with supreme prizes at the prestigious Russian and international exhibitions and competitions. The LADOGA Group’s President V.V. Grabar was rewarded with a Gold medal of Agriculture Ministry for "the active contribution to the developing of alcoholic field". Svetlana Orlova, Director of the Quality, was rewarded with Honorable Medal of Agriculture Ministry for "the high quality". The LADOGA Group has been rewarded with the prize of National alcoholic association in the nomination "Leader of Russian alcoholic market" for two years on end.
